Using triggers to split documents is fairly easy and flexible. By using triggers the user can split documents in four distinct ways:
Split Document (First Page);
By using this option a new document will be created on the page where the Trigger is true.
Split Document (Last Page);
This options is similar to the previous one, the difference is that the new document will be created on the next page after the Trigger is true.
Split Document if the Trigger Changes (First Page);
To use this option the user must use a regular expression on the "OnRegExpExist" field of the Trigger Conditions. A new document will be created on the page where the value of the Trigger changes.
Split Document if the Trigger Changes (First Page);
To use this option the user must use a regular expression on the "OnRegExpExist" field of the Trigger Conditions. A new document will be created on the page after the one where the value of the Trigger changes.
To create a Trigger just select the Trigger Tool and create the Trigger area. The OCR Trigger Assistant will show up where some settings can be set such as the Trigger Text. After clicking OK the window will close and the Trigger properties on the Properties Panel will show up where it is possible to tweak and change other settings for the created Trigger.
