On this window it is possible to setup a trigger using certain text present on a page. After setting up the search area using the OCR Triggers button this window will open up. Here you can see all the text found in your search area and select part of it or all of it to be used as a trigger, meaning that every time ChronoScan finds that text on the search area it will either set a anchor for a OCR Zone or Grid, split the document as if the page that contains the desired text is the first or last page of a document or set the document type for the current page.
Create Anchor Text
Selecting this option will make of the selected text an anchor for other elements on the page such as OCR Zones and Grids. Select this option, select the desired text from the Available Text Panel and click OK, the window will close and the trigger properties will open up on the Properties Panel where you can further setup the Anchor Trigger.
Selecting this option will make ChronoScan split the document every time the selected text is found on the selected area. Select this option, select the desired text from the Available Text Panel and click OK, the window will close and the trigger properties will open up on the Properties Panel where you can further setup the Document Split Trigger.
Selecting this option will make ChronoScan set the Document Type to the specified every time the selected text is found on the selected area. Select this option, select the desired text from the Available Text Panel and click OK, the window will close and the trigger properties will open up on the Properties Panel where you can further setup the Document Type Trigger.
This panel displays all the text captured by the zone created. You can highlight the desired part of the text on this panel to have it on the Trigger Text box.
This box defines what text ChronoScan will be looking for. You either type it into the box or highlight the desired text from the Available Text Panel.
