To back the Enterprise Database you will need to launch your SQLServer Management Studio.
ChronoScan's database will have the name set by the system administrator at install time. By default it is named "wci_server_blank".
Backup the ChronoScan Enterprise database just as you would backup any other SQL database :
Make sure a full backup is made :
After the database is backed up make sure the local folders are also backed up.
