3.5.6.2. HotFolder Toolbar
 
The HotFolder Toolbar offers tools to manipulate HotFolder Tasks. A HotFolder Task is a set of instructions based on a Job that run whenever new files are found on a specified folder. More on HotFolders can be found here.

Add HotFolder Task

1. Add HotFolder Task
Click the Add HotFolder Task button to open the HotFolder Configuration Window in order to create a new HotFolder task.

Edit HotFolder Task

2. Edit HotFolder Task
Select a task from the HotFolders Panel by clicking on it and click on the Edit HotFolder Task button to edit it on the HotFolder Configuration Window.

Remove HotFolder Task

3. Remove HotFolder Task
Select a task from the HotFolders Panel by clicking on it and click on the Remove HotFolder Task button to remove it.

Pause/Resume HotFolder Task

4. Pause/Resume HotFolder Task
When a HotFolder Task is running click on the Pause button to pause it and on the Resume button to resume it.

Activate/Deactivate HotFolder Task

5. Activate/Deactivate HotFolder Task
By default all the created HotFolders are active. If you don't wish for one of them to run select it from the HotFolders Panel and click on the Deactivate button. To activate it again click on the Activate button.
