Those are the possible tasks to be performed during the processing of documents:
Execute a VBScript: This options allow users to run VBScripts for custom actions on ChronoScan.
Auto-CROP Image: This options will crop unneeded edges of the documents. This will increase process time and might improve scan results.
Deskew Document: This option will straighten documents that are not aligned on the vertical axis. This can improve reading results.
Image Pre-Processing: Applies the image pre-processing filters set on the Image Processing Window.
Image OCR: This will enable OCR reading for the documents and pages. No information from OCR Zones will be extracted if this option is disabled. Learn more about the OCR Processing options here.
Language Detection: This will make ChronoScan detect the language of the documents automatically.
OCR Triggers: This option will enable OCR Triggers. OCR Triggers won't take effect if this options is disabled.
Search Intellitags Before Document Type: This option is used for masterkey setups. ChronoScan will perform the masterkey intelli-tag search before performing the normal IDR type recognition. Learn more about masterkeys here.
Split Documents Searching Known Document Types/Page level detection: This option will enable IDR or page type splitting. Page level type detection must be enabled.
Type Detection: This option will enable ChronoScan's type detection. No type detection will take place if this options is disabled.
Read Fields: This option will enable reading of OCR Zones. No OCR Zone reading will take place if this options is disabled.
Execute Intelli-Tag Search: This option will enable Intelli-Tag search on the documents.
Read Grid Control: This option will enable Grid Control Reading. If you have a grid setup for your documents you must enable this option to extract data from them. No Grid Control Reading will take place if this option is disabled.
