The Databases Toolbar include tools to work with databases and connect them to ChronoScan.
Here you can create and manage database connections and setup data import as well as generating Intelli-Tags.
Database Connections where you can create and manage your database connections .
Import External Data from a connected database to use it on data extraction and export as well as generating intelli-tags.
Intelli-Tag Import where you can create Intelli-Tags from a database, very useful when building Intelli-Tag lists for your documents and a database is available, specially for supplier/vendor detection.
Value Lists Configuration The Lists Configuration button will open up the
Value List Window where you can create and manage lists to be used on ChronoScan to set values to data fields by either setting the
Data Field Type on the Data Field Properties to List or by
Help List Setting on the Data Field Properties.

Intelli-Tag Administration where the user can see and manage all existing intelli-tag lists and values.
Field Validation Wizard Values window where it is possible to import values from a database and generate
automatic validation masks to improve the error detection algorithms for data field.
