3.5.3.2.3. TWAIN Scan Input Module
This Input Module can be used to scan images from a TWAIN compatible scanner.
On this window it is possible to select a scanner to use and set the scan options.
The first step is to click on the Select Source button to open the Select TWAIN Source window.
There you can select a scanner to be used.
Then click on the Setup Scanner button to open the selected scanner configuration window.
The Other Options button will open up the Other Options window where it is possible to set up actions for buttons and windows that the selected scanner's driver creates while scanning.
This is very helpful when the scanner used displays windows and require actions between scans.

Start Scan

After setting up all the desired options click on the Start Scan button or press spacebar to start scanning and importing your documents.

Setup Scanner

After selecting a scanner on the Select TWAIN Source window click on the Setup Scanner button to open the selected scanner's configuration window.

Click on the Select Source button to select a scanner to be used by ChronoScan to scan and import images.
This will open the Select TWAIN Source window.

Scanner Options

4. Scanner Options
Here it is possible to configure a few simple scanning options. It is possible to decide what to do after scan.
The scan mode can be selected from the dropdown menu:

The File Mode works faster. If you are having trouble with it use the Native Mode.
The Other Options button will open the Other Options window where it is possible to configure actions while scanning, very useful when the scanner selected present dialogues and require user interaction while scanning.

Scan Options

Here it is possible to setup the Image Color mode and it's brightness as well as enabling the duplex option after selecting the source scanner.
If the values don't stick between scans enable the Always Force These Values option.

Information Panel

This panel will show information about the selected scanner after it is selected on the Select TWAIN Source window.
