Overview

The Notifications Report displays a comprehensive list of system notifications generated by ChronoScan. This view allows administrators and users to track outgoing alerts (such as process completions, errors, or workflow milestones), see recipient status, and troubleshoot or verify notification delivery.
 

Columns/Fields

Job
The job or workflow related to the notification
Code
Notification code or trigger event (e.g., OnBatch_Status)
Subject
The subject line or topic of the notification
Status
Status of the notification (e.g., Sent, Pending, Failed)
Result
Result of sending the notification (e.g., success, error)
From
Sender (user or system module generating the notification)
To
Recipient (typically email address or username)
Created
Date and time when the notification was generated/sent

Usage Notes

  • Detailed Content: Select a notification on the left to view its full content on the right panel (e.g., complete message body).
  • Status/Result: Track which notifications have been successfully sent, which are pending, and which failed for faster troubleshooting.
  • Recipient Tracking: Verify correct recipient delivery and audit notification history by recipient or workflow/job.
  • Search/Filter: Use filters to isolate specific alert types, jobs, or time frames, especially useful during incident review or compliance audits.
