5.9. Notifications

 

The user can setup Notifications via e-mail for certain application events.

Each notification event can be activated using the checkbox right next to it.

Recipients for each notification event can be set as a static list of emails separated by semicolon or the following system variables:

%station_admin_mail%	System administrator
%job_users%	All job users (any user assigned to a workflow step for the job)
%job_operators%	Users on the role "Manual data entry and error correction"
%job_editors%	Users on the role "Document type editors"
%job_preclassificators%	Users on the role "Pre-classification"
%job_postclassificators%	Users on the role "Post-classification"
%job_approvers%	Users on the role "Document approval" (In Development)
%job_batchcreators%	Users on the role "Can create batches"

 

Notifications can be configured globally on the Administration tab or overwritten locally for the specific job:
