Jobs

 
The Job is the main structure in ChronoScan. It contains all the data regarding an specific data capture application such as:
 
  • Users & roles;
  • Data fields & data model;
  • Input settings;
  • Document processing configuration;
  • Export settings;
  • Document templates.

Batches

 
Batches belong to specific jobs, a Batch contains a set of documents and all the data related to those documents. One Job usually holds several batches.
