To enable the "ML Tools" functionalities, follow these steps when starting ChronoScan:
1. Access the ChronoScan parameters configuration dialog and assign a desired directory for ML tasks to the property called "station_ml_dir".
2. Ensure that the directory exists and has been created either during the installation of ChronoScan or provided by ChronoScan Capture.

This directory contains the necessary executables and base models for machine learning tasks.

If the directory is not created during the installation contact support to get the work folder.
3. Also, create the following folder in this location: "C:\ChronoScan.ETAGTESTING".
4. Downloading the layoutlmv3-base model is required for the ML Tools to work. Please refer to the Downloading public models section.
Once we have the work folder and the configuration variable pointing to it, we can enable the MLTools panel in ChronoScan.
