7.4.9. SharePoint Server Destination Export Module
 
The SharePoint Export module will allow the user to export captured information and documents to a SharePoint server. For SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) create the connection first in the Administration tab, System panel, SharePoint Online Connections (OAuth2), and select it in the module; the classic user name and password settings described below apply to on-premises SharePoint servers.

Module Configuration

The module configuration will allow the user to set filters for the export. For instance only exporting documents that passed all validation rules or that have a specific value on a field.

Sharepoint Server Configuration

Insert the correct Sharepoint Server configuration to connect. Click on the connect to server button to retrieve the information from the server and test the connection.

After setting the Server configuration the destination folder and filename can be set on the document configuration section.

Lists can be managed on the additional documents section.

Connect to Server

6. Connect to Server
The connect to server button will allow the program to connect to the server and retrieve any needed information. Whenever changes are made use the connect button to make sure the connection is still working.
