Create Batch Window
 
On this window it is possible to create a new Batch using an existing Job or to create a new Job using the Job Wizard.
If you are logged into your account you can search on the user created and shared Jobs online database for Jobs.

Available Jobs

1. Available Jobs
On this panel it is possible to choose from the existing Jobs. It is mandatory to have a Job associated to a Batch. Select a Job from this panel, enter the Batch details on the
Batch Details panel and click on the Create Batch button to create a new Batch that will be available on the Batches Panel.

Batch Details

2. Batch Details
On this panel you can enter customized information about your Batch.
It also shows information about the selected Job for the Batch to be created.

After setting all the desired configurations click on the Create Batch button to create a new Batch.
It will be available on the Batches Panel.

Job Wizard

To create a new Job using the Job Wizard click on the Job Wizard button.

Search Job Types Online

5. Search Job Types Online
Click on the Search Types button to open up the Search Document Types window where you will see user created and shared Jobs.
This options is only available when you are logged in.

Entity Panel

6. Entity Panel
When working with entities (ENTERPRISE users) the Entity panel will show up when creating batches from the desktop interface.
It will allow users to manually select the correct entity for a batch.
