Selecting this option will open the panel below where the user can select the fields that will be used to set the document type.
This option, when used in conjunction with the Execute Intelli-Tags Before Type Detection option, will allow the user to use intelli-tags to set the document type together with the IDR engine.
Technically more than one fields can be selected here. This will generate a document type named after all selected fields values concatenated (the fields must have a value when the document type is created).
There are not any known use cases where selecting more than one field is useful.
The Masterkey Administration button will open the Masterkey Administration Menu where the user can import and export masterkeys and document types.
This is very useful for moving document types and masterkeys from one configuration to another, whether it is from dev to prod or from service provider to customer.
Force Set Type to Existing Document Types on Master Key
The force set type to existing document types on masterkey option will prevent ChronoScan from generating new document types for masterkeys while also forcing already existing document types.
This option will open the Job Document Types window where it is possible to edit and view the links between the existing document types and masterkeys.
Selecting this option will open the panel below where the user can select the fields that will trigger the intelli-tag detection before document type detection takes place.
This is useful for running supplier intelli-tag detection before the document type is detected.
Technically more than one field can be selected although there are not any known use cases where selecting more than one field could be useful.
