Document templates are used for data extraction of specific documents and applications. Each different document type will have a different template that should be manually set by the Editors and Operators that will be used to capture it's data.

 

Template configuration is done on the Document Type Configuration workflow step. The Document Template will hold information about OCR Fields, Intelli-tags, Triggers and Grids for each different document type detected.
