5.8.6. Batch Indexing
 
Document indexing is based on the Batch view. The Batch view can be split into three main panels.
The History and Document Navigator where the user can see all the documents in the Batch and all remaining document types that need configuration/validation.
The Data Fields and Document Types panel where the user can see and edit all data captured and edit document type settings for the current document types.
And finally the Document View where the user can setup all the data capture needed over the original document image.
The Document View also provides real time feedback on all tools setup on the document for the capture.

History and Document Navigator

1. History and Document Navigator
On the History and Document Navigator the user can see all the documents in the Batch and all remaining document types that need configuration/validation.

Data Fields and Document Type Panel

2. Data Fields and Document Type Panel
On the Data Fields and Document Types panel the user can see and edit all data captured and edit document type settings.
If the Job has the customizable buttons enabled they will be displayed here.
The customizable buttons should be enabled and setup on the desktop interface.

3. Document View
On the Document View the user can setup all the data capture needed over the original document image.
The Document View also provides real time feedback and access for all tools setup on the document for the capture.

Details Lines Panel

4. Details Lines Panel
The Details Lines Panel will provide information about any grid used to capture tabled data. On the Details Lines Panel the user can manage each grid enabled on the Fields settings for the current Job.

Documents Grid View

5. Documents Grid View
This Grid View will display the current status of all documents on the current Batch.
