The ODBC export module will allow users to export captured data directly to any ODBC compatible database.
If the intended usage of the ODBC module is to export data to multiple tables follow the ODBC Export to Several Tables guide.
 
NOTE: For ODBC connections the 32 bit engines/drivers should be used. 64 bit engines/drivers will not work.

Module Configuration

1. Module Configuration
The module configuration will allow the user to set filters for the export. For instance only exporting documents that passed all validation rules or that have a specific value on a field.

ODBC Connection Options

2. ODBC Connection Options
On the ODBC connection options the user will be able to set the database connection and the details such as target table and other specific settings.

Export Fields

3. Export Fields
In the Export Fields section the user will be able to link data fields from ChronoScan to fields on the database table.

Custom Fields

4. Custom Fields
The custom fields configuration is an extension to the Export Fields and can be used to export specific values that are not readily available through the interface.
The sample above shows a variable that will have the value of the PDF file exported by another module in the export configuration.

Grid Control Module

The grid control module section will allow the user to export line items captured by the Grid Modules on ChronoScan.
