3.4.6.1.6. Job Administration Window
 
This window allows for further configuration of a Job. It can be accessed from the Job Wizard or from the Administration tab on the Configure JOB or the Configure Current JOB buttons.
On this windows it is also possible to update the Trigger engine for the current Job to v2.

Save Job

1. Save Job
The Save Job button saves all the changes.

Test Document

2. Test Document
When there is a batch opened and the batch already have documents in it the user can look into the documents using the Test Document button.
It will open the Select Image window.

Update Job Version

3. Update Job Version
Click on this button to update the Triggers engine of the Job to v2.

On the Job Maintenance window it is possible to clean up the job.

Here the user can change general Job settings such as name and working directory.
To change any of the fields the user has to click on the desired field.

The basic Batch configurations for the Job can be changed here.

Additional Image Processing Modules

7. Additional Image Processing Modules
This panel gives information about how to access the data fields so they can be modified.
The Forms Panel can be found on the Scan/Input or Data Entry tabs via the Panels button.

Split Options

In this section the user can further customize split options for the documents.
Only one option can be activated at a time.
The blue button on the read configuration will open up the Barcode Reading settings window.
This window also allows to split using blank pages.

Job specific image options are displayed here.

Export Options

Job specific export options are displayed here.
The Prevent close batches option will prevent exporting when there are invalid documents inside a batch.

Output Formats

Here the user can customize Output format modules for the Job.
This panel presents similar options as the Execute Output and Add Output windows.
The red button removes the module and the blue one allows for editing of each module.
The Add button will open the Available Modules for formats window and allow the user to
choose another module to add into the Job configuration.

12. Output Configuration
Here the user can customize the Output configuration modules for the Job.
This panel presents similar options as the Execute Output and Add Output windows.
The red button removes the module and the blue allows for editing of each module.
The Add button will open up the Available Modules for outputs window and allow the
user to choose another module to add into the Job configuration.
The Prevent Close Batches with Errors option will not allow the user to export any
Batch that contain errors on any document.
Disable this option to be able to export Batches even if there are errors.

It is possible to set certain options that will overwrite global settings such as GhostScript Rendering.

The information on this area will change according to the selected field on the Job Administration window.
It will offer tips about the selected fields to help guide the user.
